Our engagements are generally started in a 1 on 1 manner and involve shadowing a user for periods of their day.

With a rough roadmap of the business systems and the associated process flows, we will run a workshop with your key system users to talk through dependencies of information and timing elements.

While the initial assessment focuses on the existing systems, we will endeavor to capture as many pain points and future opportunities from the business through this process.

The outcome:

A clear map of the systems your business uses and how they fit together today.

A roadmap of how your business objectives might be supported by investment (risk reduction, process efficiency, cost reduction, complexity, etc…).

The roadmap is not intended to be a static document. It’s a tool to be referenced when the business makes decisions around investment.
